How COVID-19 affects our game

THE SPORTSFIELD HOME FIXTURES

Track & Trace’ forms for training and match days, which should be kept for a minimum of 21 days.

Our 5v5, 7v7 & 9v9 pitches, Entry to the Sportsfield will be the same as usual via the white gates to the left of the Sportsman building.

For teams Under 13’s and above using the main County pitch, entry MUST be via the turnstiles to the right of the Sportsman.

On entry a Littlehampton Town FC committee member will ask for everyone to have their temperature taken and to supply contact details.....Name and Phone Number.

Littlehampton Town FC do have in place the evepass app. This can be downloaded to your mobile device, this app holds your details for track and trace.

You can simply scan the QR Code on entry using the app, this registers you into the ground, saving time and no need to use pen and paper.

The evepass app is now widely used at most County League Grounds as well as restaurants, pubs and shops.....so it’s a good idea to have this on your mobile....you never know when it could come in handy!

When accessing the main stand please ensure that social distancing should be followed.

The use of changing rooms are not possible at this time.

The smaller pitches and the main County pitch have been separated and you will not be able to access through the field! It is now treated as two separate venues!

Please all visiting teams do not to arrive until 1 hour before kickoff so as to minimise the amount of people at the venue

Please hand sanitise before entry to the venue

Anyone declining to give details WILL be refused entry.

Please remember that all parties involved in collecting ‘Track & Trace’ are volunteers and any abuse will be reported to the Arun & Chichester Youth Football League.
