We would like to start the process of registering NEW players for the 2020/2021 season.

 

Can you please download the International Clearance, the required Standing Order for the correct age and League forms from the links below. 

 

Please take a NEW head shot photo image (passport style) 

 

PRINT these documents off or speak to your manager. Complete these documents and give back to your manager. ID and photo please via email
